Front desk receptionist/ support staff
Hours - Part-time (15-20) hours per week
Availability - Must have some flexibility. Preferably someone available Monday-Friday between 1pm-7pm. Saturdays 8:30am-4pm. Must be available 1-2 Saturdays a month.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Support Staff member to be the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting our salon regarding our beauty services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients upon arrival.
- Answer client inquiries about services via phone, email, text, or in person.
- Manage scheduling and process transactions (POS).
To succeed in this role, you must be capable of managing client flow with grace and professionalism, especially during peak demand. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in building trusting relationships with our clients and enhancing our salon's reputation.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, appointment scheduling, Point of Sale (POS) systems, phones, and printers.
- Familiarity with the salon and spa industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, phone, and email) and a positive, client-focused attitude.
- Solid organization and record-keeping abilities.
- The ability to remain calm and effectively troubleshoot under pressure.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Brow / Lash Designer
Brow Chic is looking to add an experienced esthetician to join our team. We have great opportunities for growth in a team orientated, supportive environment. We’re looking for highly motivated people who are ready to be busy and grow their clientele.
Qualifications
Licensed Esthetician in the state of Minnesota
A passion for connecting with people and making someone’s day.
Highly skilled in Facial Waxing, Brow & Lash Tinting. Including but not limited to: Threading, Lash Lifts, Lash Extensions and Makeup Services.
An interest in advanced education
At least 1 years experience actively working with eyebrow shaping and tinting.
